Together with Mirairo, we began developing practical information tailored to the firsthand experiences of people with disabilities and their families, focusing on the challenges they face in daily activities and specific situations. This content is being shared as part of the “Tips for Daily Living” series on Mirairo’s official media platform, Mirairo News.
To ensure that this information reaches those who need it most, we have also implemented notification alerts via Mirairo ID, a digital disability certificate, allowing us to distribute updates directly to all registered users.

Additionally, many respondents shared that the content has helped them better understand the challenges faced by others with different disabilities, fostering greater awareness and inclusivity.
Mirairo and our foundation members, along with individuals with visual or hearing impairments who also serve as Universal Manners instructors at Mirairo, collaborated to review real-life challenges reported by people with disabilities and their families and evaluate the challenges and practical solutions introduced in the “Tips for Daily Living” series.
We explored ways to prioritize the perspectives of people with disabilities and their families for developing and sharing information continuously to help address their pressing challenges and improve their quality of life.
